Subject: Chasing Bronze: Spring Smallmouth Bass Fishing in Lake Erie’s Southern Tributaries and Presque Isle Bay.
Matt will introduce and discuss tips and tactics for pursuing migratory Lake Erie smallmouth bass on the fly. We will explore angling opportunities at Pennsylvania’s Presque Isle State Park as well as Lake Erie’s southern tributaries during the late spring.

Subject: Demo - Three “Guide Style” Flies for Bass
Join Matt for an evening of fly tying as we discuss simple streamer patterns for smallmouth and largemouth bass. We will explore the materials and techniques used to create these basic, yet highly-effective patterns as well as the tips and tricks for rigging and fishing them effectively. Fly tying, when done right, can provide a creative outlet for anglers wishing to maximize their time on the water with custom-built flies for their specific locations and target species.
