Returns & Exchanges

At Northeast Ohio Angling, each fly is tied in small batches with a focus on quality and durability. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All Sales Final
Because our flies are custom-tied and intended for immediate use, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or resolution as appropriate.

Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please reach out and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
